We achieve this by applying an Alerting Template to each of the devices that we monitor for you. There are literally thousands of different events that our monitoring service watches – Exchange 2007 alone has 118 events!
Some of the major events include:
- System uptime/downtime.
- Errors and warning in System, Security and Application logs.
- Hardware health including RAM, disk drives and RAID.
- CPU Usage
- Software installation and removal
- Internet and network connectivity
- Available disk space
- Database growth and health
- Failed logon attempts
- Started, Stopped and Failed Services
- Backup Job failed or Completed with Errors
Our Monitoring Service then watches your systems around the clock.
Alerts are distributed direct to eBuild Service or to your selected IT Services provider - be it one of your staff members or another outsourced service provider.
