IT Services Professional

We have an immediate requirement for an IT Services Professional for a 6 month contract position, with the possibility of full time employment.

This position consists of supporting customer desktops at various sites in Northwest Toronto and surrounding areas.  The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and fixing the various end-user issues that our clients experience. The candidate will also work with senior technicians on server issues.  Hours are typically 8:30am to 5:00pm, with the opportunity for paid overtime. 

The following skills are required:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Good communications skills
• A strong broad understanding of PC hardware and software (Window 2000 and XP)
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of TCP/IP

Salary $40-45K, based on experience.
